I sure know that I’m not good when it comes to writing any kind of review.

But I’m just going to stick to my opinion, due to the fact that I am not a professional reviewer but I have played tons of games to know what I think about them.

Bound by flame is a dark fantasy rpg game. You will play as Vulcan, you are a member of a mercenary group called the freeborn blades, your job is to eliminate the vawes of dead walkers (undead) Thats trying to invade camps everywhere and get rid of mankind.

Trough al this Vulcan has a demon infested into he’s brain.(and nothing more, he does nothing)

I’m just going to go straight forward here!

The plot isn’t strong at all, there is a lot of dialog, then I mean a lot of dialog, and yes u can skip them.

The environment is just as linear as the dialog and the maps are small. There really aren’t many details here just like dragon age 2. And you are force pretty much to run around the whole map more than once.

The only thing that makes thing easier and makes you pull through and not think so much about the environment, is the combat system. I like the combat system allot.  There are many choices during your battles: Heavy weapon, daggers, pyro, cross bow and traps. You can putt fire into your sword and shoot fire balls. The battle isn’t just jumping in and slashing your enemies, some situation makes you actually think which enemy would be better to get rid of first. You still need to think, and there is timing here to, if you doge your enemy attacks at the right moment you get a counter strike attack which is the more powerful attack.

In every battle u will have someone whit u of course, BUT they are totally useless in every way!

At least in dragon age you could level up your character and control them. Here they can’t be touched, they die after 2 seconds, they aren’t even good distractions! So you will be doing all the work, and a tip, someone that is actually  good having whit you more than anyone else is the witch remember that.

So when you’re entering a battle is only you! And the characters have pretty much zero background stories, definitely not enough to feel close to my own character or the other characters!

This game is pretty much mission and battle, wich is funny do to the fact that your stuck between schooises and able to form the ending of the game, so skipping the long and boring dialogs aren’t a good idea.

The leveling up system:

The leveling up system is easy to understand, there is heavy weapon, daggers and pyro, the good thing here is you will not get overpowered fast; it’s little at the time.

Which does make this game challenging and I respect that. (Even if I am a salty gamer)

The other thing about the character menu is that you can get better armor and better sword, then you can putt what you want into your weapons that makes it stronger or have any kind of resist (you have to choose from the options that is there, of course) So you are able to adjust to the environments and the battles.

There is also loot in this game, and it’s not hard to find, the loot contains items that you can use to build more traps, make healing, mana potions, and ofc you need gold. It’s easy to understand.

The bosses! The bosses are the only thing in this game that looks good! The only thing that would make me considers playing this game again! If you have the game on a higher difficulty then I believe you would be in for a real challenge!

I love the way they look and some bosses are hard even in easy mode!

And even if a character assist you into the fight, remember it doesn’t Mather one bit!

The game is okay, worth trying and not expensive, if they had really putt more time more thoughts into the game and more ideas, the game would be a really great one.

Now the game is just missions, combat and bosses.

One more thing about the demon that’s stuck in Vulcan: No you won’t get demon power he’s just talking when he feels like it. He does more work in the end of the game!

Call of duty advanced warfare LAG

Well it is really no surprise that the new games coming out before Christmas is going to be shit.

And it is because they don’t really take their time to really and truly look if there is anything more to work on before releasing it. In Christmas people have vacations, and tend to do shitty service before they leave. And this is really not anything new or surprising it happens in every company.

The producer’s tell us to be calm and that they will fix it and that we shouldn’t be disrespectful , and actually some people agrees whit the producer’s, which in my opinion is a bit messt up.

The people taking side’s whit the makers of cod aw say to disappointing gamers:

-          Then don’t buy the game.

-          Stop vining, stop complaining

Come on now, this isn’t the first time and people should know that after a game releases, it will definitely have something that’s wrong. They do this every time, and still people are buying their game hoping that they have learned their lesson. But they never do.

I can’t blame the angry gamers, to be frustrated whit this. I mean people save just for the release, people have been waiting just for this game, so they probably will have a bit of hope that it will work fine.

But then it doesn’t, and they should have the right to express their feelings or frustration? I mean they are selling the game really expensive; they are selling a expensive laggy almost unplayable game. Makes no sense to sell it for the price it has now because of the freaking issues.

I haven’t played the game that much but I know that the ping I set to be 800?

Wow….I had to put the graphics on the lowest possible so the lag wouldn’t be so powerful. But it is still lagging no Mather what. 

Battlefield had crashes, bugs but it is fixed now ofc. I do not think that they will fix the game under Christmas; we will have to wait a bit longer probably.

But watch out for game releasing under Christmas, they will probably have issues!

A short comparison between dark souls/dark souls 2

Dark souls 2 and one, the comparison!

When I started to play dark souls and actually completed it, I said to myself that I really do not think that the second game will beat the game that is a master piece in my opinion.

What I liked about the game and what made it beautiful was the details and creativity they had put on the environment. And that you could stand at some point and actually get a view of the whole city. And also see other buildings you were heading off to, for me that made the game special and beautiful.

The world isn’t huge but it’s so great and has many secrets and challenges!

The weapons, armor and shields were detailed to. Everything was kind of on point. There may be some glitches but it doesn’t really make the game bad at all, the glitch doesn’t bother me.

People can stick to knowing the basic of the game story or dig deeper by actually talking to the characters in the game and bring the puzzles together.

The boss fights where epic challenging and often really unfair.

I still love that game and I do not thing we are going to see a game like that in a long while.

Dark souls 2 is good, really good, But is it better than the first one? No!

They said that they were going to do the game more dark and challenging and that you would feel like one whit the character. I felt that I got nothing of that.

The graphic and details aren’t on point as the first one at all! The game isn’t darker at all, and I do not feel one whit my character! I just feel that he’s my vessel that I control to kill and defeat bosses, I don’t feel sorry for my character, like I did in dark souls ofc.

But the game is fun and still challenging in its own way and can be pretty unforgiving. The armor and weapons in this game doesn’t look as good as the first one ofc.

You will meet characters here from the first game, bosses of course that has taken new shapes and looks.

You can putt the story peace’s together by talking to some characters and read a little of it on the bosses weapons when you get it.

I’m not going on details in this review; I’m just saying what I think by comparing these 2 games.

The magical that dark souls had doesn’t seem to exist in this game. We did get something different.

The thing about the bosses in this game is that they are really good at tracking you, the rng isn’t as cruel as the first one, but there are really hard bosses here.

I do love dark souls 2 anyway it’s still a lot of fun and challenging and something I will play over and over again. There is always ways to make it even more challenging.

The menu has some improvement the thing I like about it is that you can equip more rings at the same time and pop how many souls you want at the same time. I don’t like how you level up, I still think they could have just kept the bonfires for that, here we must talk to a lady, like in demon’s souls.

The control of the character you play isn’t as smooth as the first game, why would they make it slower?

What’s really good is the co-op , it’s really fun and easy, I didn’t do much of that in the first one because I didn’t want to get invaded.

Over all it’s pretty much the looks and details for me that’s lacking and the magical aura that the first game had.

It’s definitely a really good game, I enjoy it a lot.

But! The darkest and hardest game for me is still demon’s souls!

The legend of korra Pc game review!

I thought that I wasn’t an anime fan from the beginning, like I thought that I only could love Death note which I still absolutely do.

Then I gave the legend of korra a chance after I heard an interview about it and now I’m pretty obsessed whit the series.

I don’t know every character’s name or every city’s name’s  in the series, but I know what it is about and I do have my favorite characters.

Short explanation of Legen of korra:

Korra is an avatar that comes from a world where humans can bend elementals. Bending is when you can control an elemental. There is fire bending, water bending, earth bending and air bending. These are the main; in the series u will see special characters bend other things as well.  

What makes Korra special is that she can bend al 4 elements and that makes her the avatar just like the avatar before her which name is Ang, those series are called Avatar the last air bender.

The avatars job is to balance the world and bring peace against the elemental benders.

There is always challenge’s thrown at her and bender’s  that wants to take over cities and destroy the avatar to bring chaos to the world.

The serie is fun exiting and werry good, give it a try it’s really cool.

About the game:

The game is about korra getting robed of her powers of an avatar named Hundun, he seeks to bring chaos to the world, so korra need to fight allies and him to bring order.

The story of the game is really short, but the back story of it all is bigger. New people to the serie will not really understand much about the portal and why they got open and what spirits are which actually is a big part of the game.

This game has gotten really bad critics, and I understand maybie for the new people that this game seems short and boring but for us that know about the background, we actually enjoy this game.

I mean the game is really cheap so everyone should just ignore the reviews and just get their own opinion by trying it out because in the end it’s a cool game. When the game is this cheap you shouldn’t really get your hopes up, the game might not be as advanced as the other games.

I enjoyed the game, and I think this could be a great start to something better if they do decide to make another one.

It’s a beat ‘em- up game where you pretty much always are in battle. And what makes these battles cool are the elemental that’s mixed up whit it.

You will meet the same bad guys all the time, but for me it doesn’t really mather much because the fighting combo is really, really satisfying. The graphic is cartoonish obviously so it kind of is what it is, not bad not good. I can’t really tell if there is boss fights here because you fight the same harder foes all the time. Tank fights can be pretty slow.

The last boss fight I think is good ,you really need to be fast to blow the hard punching combos.

The good thing about the game is that you can choose difficulty, but at the start you only can choose between easy and medium, then when you done whit the whole game you can choose to try out harder when you have unlocked it.

Then there is the item store, nothing special really I only buy healt poitions and some new combos and just leave it at that.

This review will probably give the feeling that the game is crap because there is really not much to say, but when you actually play it yourself you will see a bit more than what I wrote here.

The most fun in the game I think was the Naga ride (you will ride on a polar dog which name is naga, and try not to crash into cars while getting items and scores) and the pro bending match, it’s a competition where you fight against other and try to get them to fall off the ledge of the arena by blowing elemental punches at them.

The game is in chapters so after every chapter you see the scores and how you did. You can always try to get better scores by playing the chapters again!

DH summer 2014 Jönköping!

DH summer 2014 Jönköping!

It was the first time i ever done anything like this, i don’t have many friends whit the same interest as me , and to sit whit about thousand people much more, that loves to play game is an awesome feeling.

I went whit five of my friends, we sat near the stage where the opening were going to take place.

The line to get in went pretty fast I thought that I would stay out all day.

We went in took our places, and then brought in our computers, I have a little computer and I saw kids have huge monster computers I wish I had. But the good thing is I could carry my little computer in my stadium bag so I didn’t have to worry about it.

Before we even took our places we went around and looked at the shops, there were a lot of fast food restaurants and a computer store, v.i.p places and screens so you could see other people play.

I think the V.i.p places was for those who came in line first, that was in front of the entrance like 2 days early.

I really wanted to see nip play but I couldn’t find where they were playing, I wanted to see Fryberg so bad, but couldn’t, so I saw them win the championship on twitch next to all the gamers and we screamed of joy. It was a wonderful feeling and a wonderful game.

Let us start whit the opening.

Now we all know that the nerd crowd is a tough crowd to please and impress. So I do not think a circus will do any different. Dear god it was awful and boring, and the crowd was completely dead, I mean we had people playing whit fire and doing acrobatics they didn’t get any appreciation haha.

He who presented the circus was so boring, people didn’t respond to anything he said.

He asked us if we wanted him to sing. No one said anything and he’s like- Okey people as you wish!

It was when they got of stage that people started to wake up, under the process people was just sitting down playing games. Come on a circus?

Then the techno music started or should I say techno party and it ended at 3.00 in the morning Swedish time, and that’s when I notice that I play better whit music on.

There was a lot of competition to. Dj competition, talent competition AND Cosplay where one of the judges was yaya han . The person that won the whole thing was a character from lol… and I have never played lol so never mind.

My sweet friend got to meet yaya han get a picture whit her sign and we could take a photo of her. She is one beautiful lady, and it’s crazy what people can make out of cardboard or anything else for that matter.

I didn’t recognize any famous streamers when I was there, but I did see that many many people were streaming there, I just wish I could to.

So the things I didn’t like there were the bathrooms  or should I say the wc, I hate sharing whit a thousand people  and I couldn’t take a shower because I do not want to share or enter them. So I felt like a bag of shit some times. Didn’t get the best sleep either I slept outside and inside our car.

I don’t understand what they think of gamers?

I mean I don’t want to eat junk food al day? I actually think about things I stuff in my mouth .

Junk food al day? No thank you. Give us more to choose from like good food and bad food…

Anyway we know what to do next time we go and visit, I want to get in a hotel but I don’t think it will be possible.

I got my first collection edition today!! Dark souls 2/ 2014-04-25

Finally I have it! But still I can’t play it right away!

When I went off to get my box I thought that the action figure would be small.

I waited so long for it; if I knew exactly the day it would come I would have gotten my Xbox pc controller.

I want my play trough to be perfect. Remember the time I played dark souls and I had to use keyboard and mouse.

No complaints and I actually manage to play through the whole game.

But now that I am used of play whit my game pad, I want the first day to be perfect. It’s much easier that way to.

I can’t put my own photos of my collection right now, I need to find my camera first and I would actually like to record it.

Anyway I thought the action figure would be small but it wasn’t, and it was awesome!

The character is like 30 cm, you get a map and the game is in metal case.

Kind of sucks not to be able to show it, but I can record the game anyway.

I am so happy for my first collection edition, it’s so beautiful and fun to get.

Will still upload dark souls, I will not quit until it’s done!

My situation is that I only can play in the weekends because then am whit my computer; otherwise I have work and have no time at al.

I wish I could stream to be honest, but I can only focus the best I can on YouTube right now.

Dark souls 2 and the amazing spiderman!

I’m still waiting for my game that will be released on pc soon. My first ever collection edition “dark souls 2”

I remember the first time I played the game, no... ever laid eye on the game.

I thought it looked so stiff, boring, and dark. However could people enjoy playing that game day in day out, over and over again?

I decided to give it a try and it didn’t take long before my face was punched in my computer screen.

And it definitely didn’t take long before my rage kicked in.

But anyway…I Love the game now, and after I played the first one I bought demons souls which I have manage completing jet. I feel like it’s more challenging than the first by far.

Needless to say I can’t wait until I can go out and get my game.

And I did make a promise not to buy more games before am done whit my own.

It didn’t take long before I pre-ordered the amazing spider man 2.

I just had to take one look at the trailer and told myself “ I need to get this one”

I haven’t been a big Spiderman fan, and I haven’t played “the amazing Spiderman 1” because many said it sucked.

I pre-ordered and then lather went and saw the new movie.

Best freaking movie ever!

I got more respect for Spiderman after I saw that movie, still I actually like the old school once, but this move I still better.

It was in 3D so the effect was kicking ass and so much fun! The guy playing Spiderman now is really funny.

And the enemy is sick, electricity whit freaking skrillex sounds!? In 3d, it can’t go wrong!

After I saw the movie I was so happy I ordered the game, maybe it won’t be exactly like the movie but still!

2 Games to look forward to!

Can’t wait! I hope the graphic in dark souls 2 pc is better than the one on ps3.
